Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern the SMS/text message program (the "Program") operated by Freedom Church Las Vegas (doing business as "FreedomLV," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from FreedomLV related to your request and our ministry, such as service and event reminders, prayer and salvation follow-up, membership and baptism information, and general ministry updates.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests and our ministry activities.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Those charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. FreedomLV does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts from the Program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (857) 887-3733 or info@freedomlv.church.

5. Consent Is Not Required

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or participation at FreedomLV. We will not send you Program text messages unless you opt in.

6. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information (including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in) is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
