This Privacy Policy explains how Freedom Church Las Vegas (doing business as "FreedomLV," and referred to here as "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through this site and our forms. By submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.

We only collect information you choose to give us. Depending on the form you complete, this may include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address.
- Date of birth, home or mailing address, marital status, and family details (such as spouse and children's names and birthdates) on our Membership and Dedication forms.
- Prayer requests, decisions of faith, baptism interest, visit plans, event and booking details, and any message you send us.
- Basic technical information your browser provides automatically (such as device type and general location) to help our site work and stay secure.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request (prayer, salvation follow-up, baptism, dedication, membership, a visit, a booking, or a general message).
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and, if you opt in, about events, services, and ways to get involved at FreedomLV.
- To care for you pastorally and serve our church community.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our site.
3. Communication and Opt-In
We contact you as needed to serve your request, and we send recurring ministry text messages only if you opt in. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text (reply HELP for help), using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us at info@freedomlv.church. Full details are in our Messaging Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. No mobile information (including your phone number and your text-messaging opt-in) is shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information only:
- With trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our website host and form/database provider), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With our ministry team and volunteers who help respond to your request.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of others.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your submissions are stored in a secure database that we control. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, although no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information you have shared. To make a request, email info@freedomlv.church and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children's Privacy
Some forms (such as Baby/Child Dedication) ask for information about children. That information should be provided only by a parent or legal guardian and is used solely to serve the family's request. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
8. Cookies and Analytics
Our site may use basic cookies or analytics to understand how it is used and to keep it secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Links to Other Services
Our site links to other services (for example, our giving page and social media). Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
